Returns


Only non-sale items are eligible for return. Any order placed on Pure-Pod.com can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the day it was received. To begin the returns or exchange process, please email us at hello@pure-pod.com.

Your return package must include:

  • Receipt of purchase
  • Original packaging
  • Assigned Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #)
  • Tracking

Exchanges

We will send a replacement for any orders that arrive damaged without question, we just ask that you send us a photo of your damaged unit.

Cancellations

Order cancellations made within 24 hours of the order will be cancelled and refunded without question. Since we process and ship orders as soon as possible, we are unable to cancel your order after the 24 hour period, including weekends and holidays. 

Incorrect Address or Customer Error

PurePod is not liable if an address is entered incorrectly during checkout and we are not notified of the mistake within 24 hours. We cannot be liable if items are not collected, or are stolen during delivery, please ensure to monitor your tracking and call your local post office if a delivery attempt has been made.

We ensure the fastest processing and delivery times possible, and as such are not able to reroute, or refund orders that were sent to the wrong address due to customer error. If a package is returned back to us, we will resend to the correct address within 24 hours free of charge. 

Other Delivery Issues: 

If a package is lost or in the case where delivery is unsuccessful and we have received the correct address and phone number during checkout or within 24 hours of the order being placed, we will gladly send a replacement for your item after a 60 day time period has elapsed from the shipment of your order (shown on your tracking). We are not able to offer full refunds. exchanges, or store credits for delivery issues at this time, we can only offer replacement shipments. Due to the nature of political, economic and international issues occurring at this time we can not be liable for delayed shipments. If an order is lost, stolen, or is not delivered within 60 days, and we have received your correct address in full, we will gladly ship your order again free of charge, however we are not able to offer a full refund. We ask that all customers check with their local and national authorities for any delays occurring at the time of their order. Placing an order on pure-pod.com means you agree to the above and will not demand a refund due to unexpected delivery delays or issues beyond our reasonable control.

Checkouts completed without a phone number entered do not qualify for shipping insurance and any delivery issues are the responsibility of the customer. 

Other Refund Requests 

We will do everything in our power to ensure you are happy with your purchase at PurePod and in certain cases we are able to offer a store credit for the value of a purchase. 

Shipping and handling costs are non refundable.
